Players must make a Blackjack Wager and then can place an optional Parlay 21SM Side Bet on whether the Dealers'
Up-Card is a RED suit or a BLACK suit, prior to dealing any cards.
The Parlay 21SM Side Bet cannot exceed the amount of the Blackjack bet. (Exception: DEALER TIP Wagers may be
placed on the Parlay 21SM Side Bet only, the Blackjack Wager only or BOTH. Therefore the amount of the Parlay
21SM not counting the Dealer Tip must be equal to, or less than the Blackjack bet.)
The Dealer deals the first two cards to each Player and the Dealer, and exposes the Dealer's Up-Card.
The Dealer announces the color of the Dealer's Up-Card (the Winning Color) and collects all Parlay bets that are not on the
Winning Color. The Dealer pays EVEN MONEY to Parlay 21SM Side Bets that are on the Winning Color,
and immediately caps the Player's Blackjack bet with the Player's Parlay bet PLUS PAYOFF. (The Dealer will handle capping
the Blackjack bet; do not let the Player touch the chips.)
The Blackjack hand then plays out following normal procedures. A capped Blackjack bet becomes a single wager for
doubles, splits, Blackjacks, surrenders and insurance.
